We are looking for an HRG to join the Neiry Group of Companies.
The main focus is human resources management — about 70% of the role is recruitment and employee adaptation.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various company departments.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment: from drafting job descriptions to onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and candidate requirements.
- Participate in interviews, evaluate professional and personal competencies.
- Maintain the candidate database and analyze the effectiveness of hiring channels.
- Manage projects from initiation to implementation.
- Implement internal corporate projects and activities.
REQUIREMENTS- Higher education, additional HR-related education preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in medical or R&D fields.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Ability to use various sourcing channels (specialized platforms, professional communities).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to make independent decisions.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Ability to work with data, metrics, and analytics to draw conclusions and see both the big picture and details.
- Analytical mindset, ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
WOULD BE A PLUS- Experience in production companies with in-house R&D or in the medical field.
