We present the innovative neuro-career guidance system “Brainy”, specially designed for schools, universities, employment centers, and professional development organizations. The new product is already being implemented in five regions of Russia and is available for nationwide procurement under the “Youth and Children” and “Education Development of the Russian Federation until 2030” national programs.
The system includes:
- Licensed software (registered in the national register of domestic software);

- Equipment for the school psychologist’s office;
- Online staff training on the digital platform;
- A methodological course for integration into extracurricular activities;

The system enables neuro-based career testing for over 1,000 participants per month, ensuring high accuracy and personalized recommendations.
For Employment Centers and professional education institutions, the package includes full setup — licenses, equipment, training, and support.
